Thrix drinks are a set of flavoured sparkling water that breaks the perception of water being "boring". My brand focuses on the detrimental impact that palm oil production has on deforestation, and consequently the threat to forest animals. Serving “flavours from the forest”, Thrix promises that for every drink purchased, we’ll plant a tree.
This app helps to establish the authenticity behind the ‘for every can purchased, we’ll plant a tree’ promise and to show consumers the work both the brand and the consumer are doing to positively affect the environment. The app will show live updates on the figure of trees that the brand has planted so far. It also provides a loyalty scheme for customers, where they can redeem a free Thrix drink if they help plant 5 trees (by purchasing 5 individual drink cans). There will be a unique QR code under each ring pull.
